Kimberly brings a unique skillset to Real Estate. Kimberly is a true daughter of Milwaukee and a
community activator. She brings a deep appreciation of the intersectionality between civic,
educational, for-profit, neighborhood organizations and families in the fight against poverty and
in support of health and development. She is a founding member of the Walnut Way
Conservation Corp. As a founding board member, resident, and active contributor of one of
Milwaukee’s most successful neighborhood redevelopment projects which today stands as a
model in revitalization, she was instrumental in creating a vibrant and safe community which
attracted new businesses, transformed vacant lots into community gardens and re-engaged
residents of all ages. During her tenure, she served as the organization’s Community Liaison.

She has served as the Community Engagement Specialist for the Fond Food Center and her
weekly cooking classes have been featured several times at Alice’s Garden. Kimberly is also
committed to advocating for healthy children and families. Currently she sits on the board of
FoodRight and instructs children grades 5 through 7 in their Youth Chef Program how to cook
delicious yet healthy meals. In 2021 Kimberly was elected to represent the 3rd District as a
Board Commissioner for the Social Development Commission (SDC). The role of the SDC
Board of Commissioners is to provide guidance and leadership to the Social Development
Commission.

Kimberly and her husband Rigii have three children: Njeri; Nyambya; and Kabiaru. The
Njoroges are 20+ year residents of the Lindsay Heights neighborhood of Milwaukee. As a
licensed real estate professional with Ogden & Co. Kimberly manages residential and
commercial transactions throughout the city, and holds the following designations: GRI
(Graduate of Realtor Institute), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate
Specialist). The Njoroges are avid travelers and spend significant amounts of time in Rigii’s
native Kenya.
