Approaching nearly two decades in real estate within the Greater Milwaukee area, David

Drakulic is a seasoned managing broker who has excelled throughout his career in industry.

From agent to managing broker, today he takes most pride in his role as a trusted mentor

among the agents he advises.

• As an agent, David was committed to making real estate enjoyable for each client by investing time and his unlimited availability as he advised property investors to first time buyers and sellers as they navigated the process of a successful real estate transaction.
• Since 2016, he has applied these same principles as a manager while assisting agents in developing their own real estate businesses.
• His passion for the business is evident in his aspiration of on-going education in all aspects of the industry.

• At Ogden and Company, Inc., he transformed the residential sales division, which under David’s leadership, has experienced a significant increase in production.

• He looks forward to continuing to expand Ogden’s ability to effectively reach and fulfill the needs of buyers, sellers, investors, and agents.

• David is a firm believer in paying it forward, both in and outside of the industry. He currently serves on the following committees:

• GMAR Professional Standards Committee

• WRA Professional Standards Committee

• WRA Real Estate Forms Committee

• WRA Public Policy Committee

• From time to time, he’s donning a “Pizza Pops” apron, tossing dough, and slinging sauce in the St. Pius X parish kitchen with the other dads who help support St. Pius X and St. Sebastian parishes’ Skate Night and pizza sales fundraising events

• A resident of Wauwatosa, WI for over 25 years, David is Dad to two esteemed young women, a father-in-law. All of this and more he owes to his wife, Cindy, with whom he found his forever home.
